About Ignia
We’ve worked in, led, coached and facilitated teams for over two decades. And while we have been part of successful teams, we’ve also experienced when things haven’t gone to plan. Invariably, it’s about the people and their relationships with each other. Success has come from understanding people and helping them to work together in the best possible way. And that’s what we’re here to help our clients do.
Founded by former advertising agency leader and ICF-accredited executive coach Steve Jefferys in 2021, we understand that teams — irrespective of industry and function – are not just faceless instruments to get stuff done. They’re the key to making a difference; alive with personality, ambition, passion and energy. Successful teams understand, harness and maximise the people behind the meetings, the politics and the daily hustle so that each person’s best impact can be made and celebrated. We work with clients to ignite the energy and impact of their people so that they can maximise performance, reach targets and deliver growth.
Our founder
Steve Jefferys
Our founder Steve built his career in global advertising agencies, advising some of the world’s biggest brands across Financial Services, Retail, Travel & Leisure, Professional Services and not-for-profit. He built and led teams, served on leadership teams and learnt a huge amount along the way. Now an ICF-accredited Executive Coach and experienced facilitator, he holds a firm belief that everyone deserves to have their best impact realised. Having seen not only where people thrive but where they retreat, he founded Ignia to help clients do this.

We combine proven assessment tools alongside team and individual coaching to help unlock new levels of insight and to provide a solid, evidence-based platform to build from.
We are accredited practitioners of The Game-Changing Index which measures and reports on where individuals and teams can be at their game-changing best based on what energises them the most.We run this as input to our team coaching programmes to really understand the potential in people to make the difference.
We are also accredited to deliver Harrison Assessments — a tool that measures peoples’ traits and behaviours and how they can be most engaged in the workplace. We utilise this as an input — where required — for our individual coaching programmes.
